Zombabies Privacy Policy

1. About this policy
This explains what personal information Zombabies (“Zombabies”, “we”, “us”) collects through zombabies.co.uk, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it short and plain.
2. What we collect, and why
- Mailing list. If you join our list, we collect your email address so we can send you the Zombabies updates you asked for.
- Free colour packs. When you request the free colour packs, we collect your email address so we can email the packs to you (and so you don’t lose them). We also ask — optionally — whether you’d like future colour packs and the occasional Zombabies news. That marketing box is unticked by default and entirely your choice.
- Character vote. When you vote for a favourite character, we store your choice against a random ID kept in your browser — not your name. If you’ve given us your email, your vote may be linked to it so each person’s vote counts once.
- Halloween Colouring Competition. Entries are made on TikTok or Instagram, not on this site. If you’re a finalist or winner, we use the contact details you provide (through the entering account, or a parent/guardian) only to confirm the result and arrange delivery of the prize. - Analytics & cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited). Analytics cookies only load after you accept them in the cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
3. Marketing is opt-in
We only send marketing emails if you choose to opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
4. Cookies
Your browser keeps a few small pieces of information so the site works — for example, remembering your vote and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are optional and set only with your consent.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for other companies’ marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site — for example to store sign-ups, send your colour-pack email, and provide analytics — and they process your information only on our instructions.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it — for example, for as long as you stay on the mailing list, or long enough to run the competition and deliver a prize. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw consent (such as unsubscribing, or declining analytics). To do any of these, just contact us below.
8. Children
Zombabies is family-friendly. Where a child takes part — for example in the competition — a parent or guardian should handle any contact details on their behalf. We don’t knowingly collect more information from children than we need.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
